Christine Mason serves as the Corporate Director of Human Resources for Shashi Group, responsible for overseeing all HR programs and policies as well as employee relations.
Christine brings more than 15 years of human resources and hospitality experience to her role with Shashi Group. As a senior human resources leader with a diversified background, Christine has established expertise with employee engagement, labor relations, transition planning, recruitment, training, and on-boarding strategies including benefits and compensation.
Prior to joining Shashi Group, Christine was a human resources leader in a variety of large and small hospitality organizations, such as Commune Hotels & Resorts, Two Roads Hospitality, and Seattle-based Columbia Hospitality. Earlier in her career, she worked on the operations side of the hospitality industry with a focus on food and beverage for the Four Seasons, The Island Hotel, and several independent restaurants. Her operations background lends unique perspective to the specific needs of many of Shashi Group’s leaders and employees.
Christine received her BA in Restaurant Management from Le Cordon Bleu (Australia) and her Grande Diplome from Le Cordon Bleu (France). Additionally, she maintains Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM) certifications.
