The hygiene and sanitation practices at our hotels and food beverage outlets exceed regulatory requirements and recommendations of the CDC, WHO, and county health guidelines.

ADVISORY BOARD

Our proximity to Stanford and other premier medical institutes gives us unique access to an expert medical panel that has been instrumental in creating these protocols based upon the most current information available. These experts are available to our executive team for advice and support on COVID related issues.

RESERVATIONS

At Shashi Hotels we provide our guests with flexibility by allowing changes or cancellation of bookings up to 48 hours before arrival. Guests are provided with detailed information on the modified hotel experience, including COVID-19 safety requirements, dining options, and amenity usage.
