Fay Karchagani
Fay Karchagani serves as Shashi Group’s Regional Director of Strategic Sales, responsible for providing the strategic vision for maximum hotel sales generation and optimal revenue growth.
Fay brings over 10 years of hospitality experience to her role at Shashi Group, with a career that spans multiple industries including business management, financial services, and retail. Prior to joining Shashi Group, Fay was the Area Director of Sales and Marketing for Azul Hospitality Group where she oversaw multiple properties within various markets. While serving in this role, she was directly responsible for managing all components of the sales and marketing division.
Fay earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. In her spare time, Fay enjoys spending quality time with her family including her pet dog and horse, gardening, and traveling. One of her biggest life passions includes participating in animal welfare causes as well as fostering rescue animals and assisting with their placement process.
