Jennifer Van Every

Jennifer Van Every brings 25 years of hospitality sales and event management expertise to her role as Area Director of Sales & Marketing with Shashi Group.   

A Bay Area native, Jennifer grew up in San Jose.  She graduated from Santa Clara University with a B. A. in History, cum laude.  Her career started with Hyatt in San Francisco and Jennifer graduated from the Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program.  She was also part of the pre-opening team for Kimpton’s Hotel Palomar in San Francisco.  She moved from San Francisco to Los Angeles to join Rosewood Hotels & Resorts representing Las Ventanas al Paraiso in Los Cabos, Mexico.    

Prior to joining Shashi Group, Jennifer was Director of Sales & Marketing with Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants at the Toll House Hotel & PruneYard Inn where she was awarded Sales Professional of the Year as well as Top Producer.  Most recently, she handled in-market group sales for the Portola Hotel & Spa at Monterey Bay.    

Jennifer resides in Campbell, along with two kids, two cats and two guinea pigs.  She enjoys various outdoor activities including hiking, camping and golf.
