Justin comes to Shashi Group as Director F&B Operations. He brings experience managing a wide variety of restaurant concepts to his role in developing the operations platforms for all food and beverage services.
Prior to joining Shashi Group, Justin was the General Manger of Cotogna restaurant, Dining Room Manager of Quince restaurant (three Michelin stars) and General Manager of Chez TJ (one Michelin star). Having managed a wide variety of cuisines at many different price points, he brings a unique knowledge of operations across many platforms. His most notable accomplishments include increased guest satisfactions, extensive facility management improvements, increased per person spend through both programming and staff education, vendor negotiations, increased profitability through cost management and implementation of new technologies to streamline operations.
Prior to Chez TJ, Justin worked in various concepts holding roles including catering & banquet management, beverage management and general operations.
