Phuong Thang

Phuong is the Director of Operational Excellence and assists in overseeing the day to day operations of Shashi Hotels. Phuong is responsible for the company's overall operational success including guest satisfaction metrics, leadership and staff training and brand strategies. 

Phuong provides a diverse background from branded properties to luxury boutique operations, having previously served in various leadership roles within organizations including Marriott International, InterContinental Hotel Group, Pyramid Hotel Group to recently Woodside Hotel Group throughout the Bay Area, Peninsula and South Bay. His passion and drive for hospitality and guest experience is only second to his dedication.

Phuong has high work ethic and a great sense of humor which are necessary in an ever-changing fast-paced work environment. He also stays well-connected and is great at maintaining and strengthening relationships with customers and colleagues.
